Organization Roles - Help Center

There are four possible roles within an organization in LiLiCAST: the manager, the host, the columnist, and the community manager.

The manager:

He is the manager of an organization and has all the accesses.

He is the only one to have access to the organization's page and to be able to assign roles to the different members of the organization.
He is the only one who can create a show
He can add hosts and columnists to shows and episodes
He has access to all the episodes and all the LiLiCASTs created within his organization and can edit it

The host:

He is responsible for one or more series.

He only sees his own shows in the calendar
He has access to all episodes created within his series
He can create episodes
He can add columnists to his episodes
Only his series appear in the series' list
He has access to the pages of the series for which he is responsible and can edit
He can create LiLiCASTs for all segments of his episodes
He sees all LiLiCASTs created in his series on the homepage

Columnist:

He is responsible for one or more segments in one or more episodes.

He sees in the calendar all the series he is a part of
He can only edit his own segments
He cannot create an episode
He has access to the list of episodes but he doesn't have access to the different pages of the series

The community manager:

He is in charge of the creation of LiLiCASTs.

He has an overview of the situation in the organization
He sees all the episodes on his calendar
He sees all the episodes in the list of series
He has visual access to all episodes and their contents
He cannot edit anything in a series or episode
He can only create LiLiCASTs within episodes
He can also edit all LiLiCASTs created within the organization and share them
