Organization Roles
There are four possible roles within an organization in LiLiCAST: the manager, the host, the columnist, and the community manager.
The manager:
He is the manager of an organization and has all the accesses.
- He is the only one to have access to the organization's page and to be able to assign roles to the different members of the organization.
- He is the only one who can create a show
- He can add hosts and columnists to shows and episodes
- He has access to all the episodes and all the LiLiCASTs created within his organization and can edit it
The host:
He is responsible for one or more series.
- He only sees his own shows in the calendar
- He has access to all episodes created within his series
- He can create episodes
- He can add columnists to his episodes
- Only his series appear in the series' list
- He has access to the pages of the series for which he is responsible and can edit
- He can create LiLiCASTs for all segments of his episodes
- He sees all LiLiCASTs created in his series on the homepage
Columnist:
He is responsible for one or more segments in one or more episodes.
- He sees in the calendar all the series he is a part of
- He can only edit his own segments
- He cannot create an episode
- He has access to the list of episodes but he doesn't have access to the different pages of the series
The community manager:
He is in charge of the creation of LiLiCASTs.
- He has an overview of the situation in the organization
- He sees all the episodes on his calendar
- He sees all the episodes in the list of series
- He has visual access to all episodes and their contents
- He cannot edit anything in a series or episode
- He can only create LiLiCASTs within episodes
- He can also edit all LiLiCASTs created within the organization and share them
