Organization Roles

There are four possible roles within an organization in LiLiCAST: the manager, the host, the columnist, and the community manager.



The manager: 

He is the manager of an organization and has all the accesses.

  • He is the only one to have access to the organization's page and to be able to assign roles to the different members of the organization.
  • He is the only one who can create a show
  • He can add hosts and columnists to shows and episodes
  • He has access to all the episodes and all the LiLiCASTs created within his organization and can edit it

The host: 

He is responsible for one or more series.

  • He only sees his own shows in the calendar
  • He has access to all episodes created within his series
  • He can create episodes
  • He can add columnists to his episodes
  • Only his series appear in the series' list
  • He has access to the pages of the series for which he is responsible and can edit
  • He can create LiLiCASTs for all segments of his episodes
  • He sees all LiLiCASTs created in his series on the homepage

Columnist: 

He is responsible for one or more segments in one or more episodes.

  • He sees in the calendar all the series he is a part of
  • He can only edit his own segments
  • He cannot create an episode
  • He has access to the list of episodes but he doesn't have access to the different pages of the series

The community manager: 

He is in charge of the creation of LiLiCASTs.

  • He has an overview of the situation in the organization
  • He sees all the episodes on his calendar
  • He sees all the episodes in the list of series
  • He has visual access to all episodes and their contents
  • He cannot edit anything in a series or episode
  • He can only create LiLiCASTs within episodes
  • He can also edit all LiLiCASTs created within the organization and share them
