Accessing Your Organization

Your LiLiCAST Organization is where all content collaboration happens between you and your team.

  • To access your organization's settings, you must have Organization Manager permissions. If you need access, please contact your organization's manager.
  • If you are a manager:
    1. Click on your profile icon located at the top-right corner of the home page.
    2. Select the name of your organization from the dropdown menu

Customizing Organization Details

Once you access your organization settings, you can:

  • Change the organization name.
  • Upload or update the organization logo.

Managing Members

The Users Panel is the first thing you will see when entering the settings. Here you can:

  • View all existing members and their roles.
  • Add or remove members.
  • Modify user roles as needed to ensure proper access and permissions.



Settings and Video Settings Panel

The Settings and Video Settings Panels allow you to build a unified audiovisual design template for all your LiLiCAST content.

Why Set Up Templates?

  • Create scalable and consistent designs that align with your brand identity.
  • Save time by applying pre-set design principles automatically.

While templates can be edited when working on individual LiLiCASTs, setting them up from the start ensures efficiency and consistency across your projects.



Subscription Management

Subscription Panel

The Subscription Panel helps you manage your LiLiCAST subscription. Here, you can:

  • View and manage your current plan.
  • Add additional seats to accommodate more team members.
